Koalas are primarily in the blue gum groves of eastern and southern Australia, enjoying a climate that stays relatively moderate. These charming marsupials spend much of their life resting in the canopy, eating almost exclusively blue gum greens, which are poor in nutrients and demand a significant amount of time to digest.
